This website is operated by Squish TCG. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Squish TCG. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or purchase products from us.
Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site and make purchases.
You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our website.
Products
Squish TCG sells trading card game products, including but not limited to:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Collection boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes
- UPCs
- Sealed cases
- Single cards
- Accessories
- Pre-order products
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, product images, packaging, colors, language, edition, and appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes, lighting, screen settings, or product updates.
Pokémon Disclaimer
Squish TCG is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any related entities.
All Pokémon names, images, logos, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Sealed Trading Card Products
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sealed TCG products are sold as-is.
We do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, hit rates, card condition inside sealed products, print quality, centering, grading potential, or market value. Manufacturer packaging may contain natural variations, minor cosmetic flaws, or production inconsistencies.
Buying sealed trading card products involves chance. Dissatisfaction with pulls, duplicate cards, lack of hits, or market price changes does not qualify for a refund or return.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final for trading card products, including sealed products, opened products, single cards, mystery products, and pre-orders.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Market price changes
- Dissatisfaction with pulls
- Duplicate cards
- Lack of specific cards
- Minor packaging wear
- Grading results
- Manufacturer print defects
- Opened, weighed, searched, or tampered products
Once a sealed trading card product leaves our possession, we cannot verify whether it has been opened, weighed, searched, resealed, or tampered with. For this reason, sealed TCG products cannot be returned.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of all packaging materials
- A clear description of the issue
We strongly recommend recording a clear box-opening video when opening your package. The video should show the sealed shipping box, shipping label, and the contents being removed from the package.
A box-opening video is not always required, but it may help us verify the issue and speed up the review process.
If we confirm that your order was damaged, incorrect, or missing items due to our error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Shipping Damage
We package orders carefully, but minor cosmetic damage may occur during shipping. Small dents, corner wear, light box wear, small tears in outer packaging, or minor compression may not qualify for a refund.
Major damage that significantly affects the product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control are not the responsibility of Squish TCG.
For U.S. online sales, sellers generally need a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines, and if they cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, they must get the customer’s consent to the delay or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Squish TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ship to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier claim process when possible.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates, shipment dates, and arrival dates are estimates and may change due to distributor delays, manufacturer delays, allocation changes, import delays, or carrier issues.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that delays may happen. Pre-orders are final sale unless we are unable to fulfill the order.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, address issues, or violation of these Terms.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, inventory errors, or checkout errors at any time. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders may be subject to fraud review. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or high risk.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of our policies may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future service, and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Single Cards
Unless otherwise stated, single cards are sold raw and ungraded.
We do not guarantee grading outcomes from PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG, or any other grading company. Card condition descriptions are based on our review and opinion, but grading standards may vary by company and reviewer.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security features, scrape data, submit false information, abuse promotions, or place fraudulent orders.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Squish TCG unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, and other apps. These third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, delays, errors, or policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squish TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squish TCG from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website or products.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
