Refund policy

At Squish TCG, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Because Pokémon TCG products are collectible items with sealed packaging, our return policy is designed to protect both buyers and our store from tampering, resealing, and market price changes.

All Sales Are Final on TCG Products

All sales are final for trading card products, including:

  • Booster packs and Booster boxes
  • Collection boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes
  • Sealed cases
  • Pre-order items

Once a sealed trading card product leaves our possession, we cannot verify whether it has been opened, weighed, searched, resealed, or tampered with. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on sealed or opened TCG products.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend recording a clear box-opening video when opening your package. The video should show the sealed shipping box, shipping label, and the contents being removed from the package.

For damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A box-opening video, if available

A box-opening video is not always required, but it may help us verify the issue and speed up the review process.

If we confirm that your order was damaged, incorrect, or missing items due to our error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Shipping Damage

We package orders carefully, but damage may sometimes occur during transit. Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging, such as small dents, corner wear, or light box wear, may happen during shipping and does not always qualify for a refund.

Major damage that affects the product significantly will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier when possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

Pre-orders may not be eligible for cancellation once supplier allocations or inventory commitments have been made.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order release dates and arrival dates are estimates and may change due to distributor, manufacturer, or shipping delays.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that delays may happen. Pre-orders are final sale unless we are unable to fulfill the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of our return policy may result in cancellation of future orders and refusal of service.
