Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

Squish TCG currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be canceled and refunded.

Order Minimum

We currently require a $20 minimum order before shipping.

Orders below $20 may not be eligible for checkout or fulfillment.

Shipping Rate

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee on eligible U.S. orders.

This flat rate applies regardless of order size, unless otherwise stated during checkout or during a special promotion.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product releases, high-volume sales, or preorder fulfillment periods.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a preorder item, your order may not ship until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Preorder release dates and arrival dates are estimates and may change due to distributor, manufacturer, import, or carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Squish TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Squish TCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ship to a secure location.

Damaged Packages

We package orders carefully, but damage may sometimes occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and photos of all packaging materials.

We strongly recommend recording a clear box-opening video when opening your package. The video should show the sealed shipping box, shipping label, and contents being removed from the package.
